Ordering and paying for the rug was easy. We are very pleased with it and think it is very good value. However, the rug should have arrived on the Monday. When they're was no sign of it by early pm I phoned the couriers office to be told they had 'lost track of it for 24 hours'. I then spoke to the rugseller.co.uk who said they would speak to the couriers. This they did and then told me it would be arriving Tuesday. This was no good as we were going to be out all day. We arranged delivery for Wednesday morning. The delivery driver was most helpful and polite but I was really frustrated by the waiting around and uncertainty. (he did try and deliver it on the Tuesday when I had said specifically not to). We recently had an appliance delivered by a well known electrical on-line retailer. The whole process was totally sress-free as delivery was on time and I was kept informed throughout. Something some on-line retailers could learn from.
