Although I am very pleased with my purchase, I was disappointed with the service and communication. I was told the item I first ordered was out of stock well after payment had been made and after selecting another item and paying the difference, I waited four weeks before finally chasing up delivery, only to be told that they thought it had been sent and they would chase it up. From initial order to delivery it took about two months.
