I love my rug - it is great quality and very, very good value.
Service from the Rugseller was excellent regarding deliveryand communication. Delivery was also very quick. The only reason that I did not give five stars is that I emailed customer services and asked for options regarding which rugs are available in custom sizes, and never received areply. In the end I decided on a larger rug than I had originally planned on, which has worked out well. But I may have had a different outcome (and even bought a more expensive rug) had someone only replied.
