The rug didn't match photo on website either by quality or colour. It appears on web to be a natural colour - actually it is a quite a yellow/cream. The rug dispatched to me had several dark brown coarse threads runnning through the backing weave but showing through the top of the rug. I have emailed and waiting for a response re your returns policy as I do not feel the return postage should be at my expense for a faulty item.
