Service was excellent rug arrived as stated,rug looks lovely in our sitting room,my only comment would be that I already have a Karma wool rug bought from a high street shop a few years ago which I have been very happy with
That Karma rug I received from The Rug Seller is quite a lot lighter in weight than the shop bought one so I hope it stays looking as good for as long.
