Initially thought the delivery charge was quite high, however ordered the rug on Thursday late afternoon and it was on my sons bedroom floor by Monday mid-day, so you get what you pay for, was very impressed with the quick and efficent service. Quality of the rug is fine. Your web site would definately be the first one I look at should I require another rug in the future and would recommend your company to others.
