the rug is lovely i ordered the wrong size by mistake and they couldnt have made it any easier to return it giving me the courier to use and the weigbt and dimensions. it was collected the SAME day and refunded within 3 days and the replacement was here within 48 hours. brilliant service wouldnt but a rug from anywhere else
