I have ordered from The Rugseller previously with no issues, unfortunately this time due to poor service on the part of the courier company I am not so happy.
My order was placed with no problem and the communication confirming my order was first class. I received an email confirming my order was out for delivery and the details of the courier company provided. The email said next day delivery. A week later and I have still not received my rug. I did chase my delivery last week and was told the courier company had been inundated and that I should have my order very soon, but have heard nothing since. With no consignment number either I have not been able to track my order on the couriers website
Whilst I appreciate that courier problems are not directly The Rugsellers fault, given the email from The Rugseller says couriers will deliver next day and they don't I can't help but think that The Rugseller may want to review their despatch email wording. Better to under promise and over deliver, than over promise and under deliver!
