I was pleased with the efficient ordering and delivery. The quality of the rug is very good. However I was a little disappointed with the colour. The rug looked far more cream in the photo. The detail photo picked on one corner of the rug which is much lighter than the rest. The overall colour is beige not cream. To send it back would have involved too much effort and cost.
