Product seems fine on initial review. Only improvement could be in delivery arrangements. You should give notice that tracking is open only from morning of delivery. And this is not much use, since by then the parcel is already in transit. Fortunately neighbour was in. Can't imagine why delivery company don't phone/E Mail in advance to arrange slot convenient to recipient
