I was very disappointed with the delivery. I waited in expecting delivery as specified on CityLink tracking info on Thursday, but no rug. The same happened again on Friday so I contacted the seller. Over the weekend I had a message on the tracking site stating there was a problem, and to contact the seller, which I had to do again. The rug eventually turned up on Monday afternoon.
The rug itself was exactly what I wanted, but I would not order again with the carrier CityLink.
