I am still waiting to hear back from Rug Seller as to why I paid a premium for a Saturday delivery (5th December)- made arrangements to be here all that day - - was not advised it was not going to turn up Saturday - or even when it would turn up after that.
It was still was not here Monday 7th - still no advice as to why - and no one to check when someone can be here to take delivery - bearing in mind it was the responsibility of Rug Seller to do so having failed to deliver at the weekend - - and it turns up - without notice on Tuesday 8th - - no explanation - no call to apologise for the inconvenience of us making arrangements to be here all day Saturday - - never asking if someone might be here Monday or Tuesday - - what you seem to forget is that this is now the 21st Century - most people buying expensive rugs must be working - so why would a company assume people can wait in for four days straight to wait for the rug to be delivered.
And I still havent had an explanation - let alone an apology!!!!
