I ordered a rug in 21st Dec.
It was dispatched on 23rd Dec.
The tracking number you gave us UPS did not reconise, so we could not track it.
We were expecting delivery in between Christmas and New year.
You are closed untill 4th Jan.
No other information was given.
Very poor.
