Were told after one week that one of the rugs was out of stock and not back in until beginning of Feb. Despite this orders were still being taken on the website. Then received email on 21st December stating both rugs had been despatched. One rug turned up; still waiting for the other one! Beginning of Feb. maybe? Who knows?
