I was disappointed that we made the trip to the site on the Trafford Industrial est. to view the rug before purchase and they had the wrong shade of rug to show us. We had travelled from North Wales particularly which left us contemplating cancelling the order to be honest. We decided we would wait and see what the rug looked like to keep it or not.
I am pleased with my purchase so far. Depends how it wears though. It is true to the photograph and description on the website.
