The service from the Rug Seller was very good - the rug we ordered arrived within 5 days, and a refund issued the day after we returned it. I would not recommend buying a rug online without seeing it. The brightness of the screen and lighting of the photos can give an entirely false impression of the appearance. We were very disappointed with the appearance of our ordered rug when it arrived. Plus there is the inconvenience of finding and paying for a signed-for courier service to return it.
