The service was very good on delivery but on receiving the rug I wasn't happy with the colour.
I contact the company who said there was a 14 day return policy and they kindly sent me the links for return couriers. Within that correspondence it stated that I had only 5 days to return the good which I was not able to do within that time scale due to work commitments and finding courier at short notice.
