Hi
Order for standard item placed on the 1st of Feb 2016 got delivered on the 12th of Feb. Really ???… obviously money taken just after purchase. Dispatch confirmation sent on the 7th of Feb. Wrong address given to the courier.
On today's competitive market the choice of suppliers is huge. I am bit disappointed. Not sure if to use again in the future. Maybe one off situation.
Also have to admit that their CS was good and handled the issue well and swiftly. Good quality product.
