I ordered an Aubusson rug in bottle green on 23rd January 2016. I received an e-mail to say it was pout of stock. I chased on numerous occasions to be given various dispatch dates which didn't materialize. However, in the end the Warehouse Manager collected my rug personally and I was upgraded to a morning, next day delivery from UPS. I received the rig today, just before 11:00 am and I am delighted with it! The colours are exactly as advertised and the quality is really good! I am delighted! Well worth the wait.
