The rug I wanted was out of stock but Rugseller poeple were very good and offered different options and the one that came was lovely - just like the picture, and is gorgeous and fluffy, just what I wanted. We had a bit of a mix-up with the delivery people but the rug came within a week which is pretty good. The dogs love it too.
