The rug is great! Exactly what I wanted and the quality seems really good for the price. Only issues I had was with the order getting placed - I realised the payment had come out of my account without any confirmation of the order. However, once I called up my enquiry was handled swiftly and efficiently (with a small blip about the rug now being discontinued!!). I got the exact rug I wanted, when they said they'd deliver.
So I'm a happy customer who will use therugseller.co.uk again for sure!
