Nice rugs and quick delivery. However the return process is very convoluted, outdated and non-competitive: you have to pay for, and organise, the return yourself, with no assistance from the seller at all. Way too much work! Given there are plenty of equally good rug shops out there biu with more consumer friendly return processes, I have no reason to buy from the Rug Seller again.
