Bad response from Rug Seller when we contracted them about our month old wool rug. The wool fibres were coming away on one edge , about 4” in length. We sent pictures and to cut a long story short they accused us of
using the vacuum on it which we certainly had not!! After several emails between us they said they were not prepared to discuss any further. Not good customer service so beware!!
