I recently bought a Sanderson rug from The Rug seller which one can only describe as appalling
The rug cost over £400 so not cheap
The pile hasn’t stopped shredding it also has ridges in the pile
I contacted The Rug Seller and they did not want to know
I am stuck with a rug that is presently stored in the garage ready to go on the tip
