It was was easy to order by phone - didn't wait in a queue, instantly answered. There was a problem with my order; the supplier sent the wrong shade to The Rug Sellers, so I didn't get my order when I needed it. I must emphasise that this wasn't The Rug Sellers fault. They organised the speediest delivery from the suppliers without charge and were very patient and professional. Got my order in the end!
