Had previously purchased a rug from the Rugseller and was very pleased with my purchase, this time I ordered the Sisal hall runner, which unfortunately had a fault in the weave, although I didn't replace it as on receipt it didn't really go with my decor, Jason kindly dealt with the collection etc. When I do decide to purchase a runner for my hall I shall certainly use the Rugseller again, and would recommend.
