I had to chase up my purchase / refund and then again another putchase. It took an age for them to tell me my first order was out of stock, then had to chase for refund.the second order, there was no indication of delivery time until I emailed.
The rug when it did arrive was good but not true of its dimensions.
Poor customer relations and not enough correspondence to let you no what's happening
