Ordered a duvet cover only to find out after ordering that it was out of stock. However, excellent communication from the Rug Seller with options of what I could do including a refund. I was happy to wait as it was due back in stock within 2 weeks. I was delighted when it arrived a few days later. Great service and great quality duvet. Thankyou.
