Although the products are fine and we happy with the rugs, the delivery of the 1st rug on 1st August 2023 was a disgrace by DX. Tracker number 7007890168, they dropped at an address that just stated the number 4a and the name it was let with was Reece. It took me 2hrs to find out where 4a was and a person called Reece. When I did knock at the door I asked if her name was Reece it was not it was parker. The lady did not know it had been left on her door step until an Amazon driver called to deliver her parcel, nothing was signed for. I would like to send you a bill for my time wasted £ 40 please advise.
