I ordered two rugs to have a choice - both rugs were really nice and good quality - either one would have been nice but I made my choice and sent the other one back. Returns service isn't great in that you have to organize and pay for this yourself - it isn't the paying so much as having to find a company to take it back - other rug sellers arrange return even though you have to pay which is fair enough. My biggest gripe is I still haven't had a refund - even though I sent it back on the 11th May its now the 27th - it came out of my PayPal account quickly enough why cant it go back in? I spoke to two people with regard to my orders and they were both helpful and polite.
