Website has good clear pictures of rugs. Easy to order. Very pleased with good quality rug. My only comment was the tracking of the delivery. I was not emailed to say it was on its way. I did check the website a couple of times and it said processed and on another occasion dispatched, so I rang and was told that I would receive an email so I could track the delivery, but I received nothing and later that day I received the rug as luckily I was in.
