It was a busy Saturday morning. It was difficult place to find and we had to wait for attention but once we were seen the guy (Michael) was very helpful and offered us a few suitable alternatives given our specified dimensions. We placed the order a few days later on the phone and again the customer service was very good.( The UPS delivery people were less impressive!)
