I called up with a query over a delivery mail. The customer service manager was condescending and rude about my comment - so I asked for a call back from the complaints department (actually wrote in, as per her instructions because she told me that 'she was the manager and that was the only way to complain'). But as yet, a week later I've had no feed back.
I have no problem with the rugs but I wouldn't buy from the rug seller again thanks to lack of customer service.
