The huge expense of paying for a courier to return the rug to you (£112). The rug colour was very different from photo on the website and did not go with our existing decor. I would have liked to have tried other rugs, but will not be ordering again in case I have to return it!
It is a shame as the quality was very good! I resorted to onlne as the rug size required is not a standard size and I have not been able to find anything of suitable size on the 'high street'.
