Very happy with everything. The rug I ordered was not in stock at the time of ordering, I knew this when I ordered but decided to order anyway. The company kept me informed and were incredibly kind and polite, even offered me alternatives such as ordering a different rug or even pulling out with a full refund. The delivery was just as good and I would certainly buy from them again when the need arises.
