Great retailer. Rug arrived in less than 48 hours, great quality just not the right colour for me. The sales team were great, sent me a link for a courier to return which was much cheaper than going directly through the courier, provided all dimensions making it super easy. Communication during refund process was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again
