The picture of the rug did not accurately reflect the colour - it looked predominantly grey in all photos and I queried this with Customer Services (it was described as green). I was sent another photo, also grey, so I ordered it. When it arrived it was a drab, olive green colour. I complained and asked them to pay the return costs. Initially they said no, as the T&Cs stated that colour variations may apply. I argued that this was more than a slight colour variation, it was a different colour completely. After having another look at photos I sent them, they agreed and arranged collection and a refund. Customer Services (James) was very helpful throughout and has offered to have a look in person at any future rug I may purchase from them, so that I can be confident of the colour. They have also said they will be taking more photos so this does not happen again.
