Good customer service , initial call with a new employee who was helpful, however I did need to make a second call to correct some small details on my confirmation email ( small point) the customer service team I spoke to were all very helpful and friendly and delivered what they promised ( call backs etc) and the rug was delivered promptly on the specified day. Would use again and very happy with the rug.
