Good evening, disappointed that I had to return rug as I have a dog and rug is not washable.
Perhaps the fact that one cannot wash the rug should be advertised online. I returned rug 14th October 2016 from UPS Access Point TM Store Number: U181 61169; received 17th October 2016 by BUNN @ 13.12. This rug was not cheap to return to you; £6.00. Hopefully I will soon receive refund for rug and postage (as not informed that rug could not be laundered) I will say rug was excellent quality but not suitable for everyone. Yours sincerely Linda J.
