The rug itself was of good quality and design when it arrived, however I had to chase information on dispatch as there was no update. I was persuaded to buy from an unknown online seller by good Trustpilot reviews and the 'hassle free' returns policy, but when I came to return the rug I was told to arrange and pay for my own courier service. I wouldn't call that hassle-free. Disappointing.
