I was a little miffed when I was told the length of time for delivery, but they delivered the rug the next day. I was out at the time so they left it at the newsagent's collection point, where I was unable to collect it without a car, but when I requested re-delivery, I was told there would be a long wait again, so was not best pleased. However, I am pleased with the rug itself, which is good value and as shown.
