Lovely rug received promptly. If I had one concern...prior to ordering, I did ring the company to query the colours of the rug as the pictures on the website were conflicting i.e. the close ups made the colours seem very bright whilst the picture of the whole rug gave the appearance of it being much darker. The lady who responded was very helpful and pleasant BUT her advice was actually incorrect. She said that the close up pictures were 'real' and more representative of the rugs colours as opposed to the picture of the whole rug which she said was 'computer generated'. On arrival though the rug was almost exactly the same as the computer generated image, the colouring bearing no relation to the close ups, which actually was great because that was the shading I preferred!
