After looking on the website for some time trying to find matching rugs of the right size to replace my existing hall rugs, I found them. From that point the project was simpole and straightforward. My order was acknowledged and dealt immediately. I was a little concerned about delivery, in view of the weather, but that too proved to be no problem.
