My parents ordered a rug based upon the colours shown in images online. When the rug arrived the colours were different and the rug did not match their room. Despite several requests The Rug Seller refused to collect the rug or pay for it to be returned and my 90 year old father had to carry it to a Post Office and pay £12.85.
We found The Rug Seller to be mean spirited and would not recommend them.
