I have not received my goods yet!!
I was not at home for the first delivery, which I had tried to stop on the UPS website but was unable. UPS then did not deliver to my house on their second attempt (which they should have). They sent me an email to say that they had delivered my goods to "Commercial Road" I was expected to know where that delivery point was. I had to phone your service desk, which eventually got UPS to agree to deliver my goods on the 29th. Hopefully I will see my order which I made on the 26th November.
