Although customer service and delivery was standard, I gave them three stars because of the quality of the item. I have not complained to them about it because we really needed a rug but I will replace it asap.
After the first hoovering bits of the carpet started coming up so definitely think it will start looking tatty pretty soon.
Also does not look as nice as on the website. Has some sort of sheen to it, might be because it is polyester and not a good one either
