The quality of the rug ordered is extremely good. We are delighted with both the colours and the feel of the rug. However, the delivery time quoted on the site was between 1 and 10 working days. When we had heard nothing just before the 10 days had expired, I tried to contact the company using their e-mail form and received no response whatsoever. After the 10 days had expired we tried to contact the company several times with unsatisfactory responses and it was not until about the third attempt that we were informed that the rug had been delivered to them and would be sent out that day. Only after that did anything happen. Delivery was then quick.
