The rug is very nice and looks exactly like it did online. However it was out of stock and we were only told this (via email) 9 days after placing the order, delivery is meant to be within 10 days.
Delivery was delayed by over a month and when I called The Rug Seller to see what the options were they were not at all helpful. They promised to call back with further information but never did.
