The rug itself is decent quality and matches the picture and description on the website. A small point on delivery - the delivery company left the rug unattended outside my property despite the written assurance that they would take it to the depot and attempt a second delivery if nobody was in the first time. However, The Rug Seller team were helpful and sympathetic in trying to address this.
