The purchase of the rug was very efficient and the product that arrived was a true likeness. Unfortunately it was too big for our room so I had to return it. The return process was easy enough but I would have a small complaint to make regarding this. It is not really made clear that the return couriering is the responsibility of the buyer and that the cost can be around £30 to do this. When I saw 'no quibble return' I felt confident to buy the rug even though I wasn't entirely sure about it's size but if I had know that I would have had to pay £30 to return I may have been less willing to buy.
